5. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party platforms, software subscriptions, hosting providers, cloud services, design tools, or automation platforms. Charges paid to third-party providers may be non-refundable and will be governed by the respective provider's policies.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the banking institution or payment gateway.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback request. We strive to resolve all genuine concerns through direct communication and mutual resolution.

8. Modifications to Services

If a customer requires changes in the scope of work after project initiation, additional charges may apply depending on the complexity and resources involved.
