2. Service Commitment & Disclaimer
Guaranteed rankings or leads are provided only as per selected plans and mutual discussion. SEO and Ads performance depend on various external factors including competition, algorithms, platform policies, and budget.
Rank Chahiye does not guarantee uniform results for every client beyond the agreed scope.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide accurate information, approvals, and access on time.
- All content, ads, and business activities must be legal and compliant with Indian laws.
- Delays caused due to client-side negligence are not the responsibility of Rank Chahiye.
4. Payment Terms
- Rank Chahiye follows a mixed payment structure (advance, monthly, or project-based). Payments must be made strictly as per agreed timelines.
No handover of website files, source code, reports, creatives, or credentials will be done until full payment is received.
5. Late Payment & Legal Action
- In case of delayed or failed payments, Rank Chahiye reserves the right to suspend services and revoke access. Continued non-payment may lead to legal action under Indian law.
6. Refund Policy
- No refund will be provided once work has started. Refunds are applicable only if the issue is clearly caused by Rank Chahiye. All refund decisions will be made after internal review.
7. Intellectual Property
- All strategies, designs, reports, code, and documentation created by Rank Chahiye remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in writing.
8. Third-Party Platforms
- Rank Chahiye uses third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account suspensions caused by them.
9. Service Termination
- Rank Chahiye reserves the right to terminate services without notice in case of non-payment, misuse, or illegal activity. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
10. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared data, strategies, and business information.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Rank Chahiye shall not be liable for indirect losses, revenue loss, or algorithm changes. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
12. Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction only.
13. Changes to Terms
- Rank Chahiye reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
